The Pintada Ranch has a large herd of Bison in the Canyons and Plains of the ranch, the ranch is NOT HIGH FENCED and the Bison are roaming free in the many canyons of the ranch. This is a hunt! A few years ago, for the first time, the ranch allowed 6 hunters to hunt for the Bulls. All were successful in finding and harvesting mature SCI Record Class Bulls. Since then we have taken excellent bulls for all hunters to date, including one big bull estimated to be 18 years old! Archery and Rifle hunting is available. Nonhunters are welcome. Want to have a great trophy and earn it without high fences or corrals? Then try hunting in the canyons on this ranch. These canyons are thousands of acres of rock, pinion and cedars. You will be seeing the Mule Deer, Whitetails, Bighorn Sheep, Elk, and all kinds of other animals that live here.
HUNT DATES: 3 day hunts. Dates to be arranged with the ranch October-March is best time. HUNT COST: Bulls $4000 Cows $2000 (Includes the meat, horns, cape, and hide) Meat processing is available Combination hunts are available with Mule Deer/Whitetail and Bison with special pricing.
